records.-A noise has been made round possible blocs and new-formed parties
in the political field as if the parliamentary elections are going to be held
in two months. This isn’t astonishing.- I wonder when sometimes even some
political analyzers try to give serious remarks, find certain regularities in
the "political field" of Armenia. You should be either drunken or fallen
from the tree to understand what happens now. But what happens now has no connection
with the policy.- Does it mean that forming a party has become a way of political
trade?- We should notice that the oligarchs try to carry out policy not now.
They simply were trying to solve that problem in the way of trade buying sits
in their proportional lists in past but now they try to act separately.- It
isn’t a problem for them; they can pay in the same way for being included in the
lists. Now they solve their problems forming those parties. The activities of
public-political processes which we see after robing the state property is the
last stage of the state destruction.- Anyway, everybody was claiming that
our elections were turning into auctions, those who were spending more money were
being elected. And now, after formation of businessmen structures the rules of
those auctions may be specified.- I’d like not to stop only on those structures
because there are other structures too. They simply saw and learned.- But
parties which have been formed earlier have adopted the trading principles; they
buy and sell sits in electoral committees, give money secretly etc.- Certainly.
So we must criticize the process and general atmosphere. I’m sure that nobody
can succeed in either culture, or sport or state governing system. Time will sort
things out. Let me predict in "Armenia-2020" style that we’ll have such
a situation in 10-15 years, when the so-called independent country will hold a
referendum for being joined to the Krasnodar region. And the last parliament of
Armenia will discuss the future president of Russia Ragozin’s interference for
appointing Tigran Urikhanian as the president of that region. Those processes,
which exist now, will lead to the realization of this prediction.- Some politicians
of "16+8" format considered it expired. Can we say that "Civil
Armenia" committee not being entirely formed shows signs of breaking up?-
I wouldn’t say. Those political parties, which were responsible, are decisive
and still have some processes to realize. All kind of blocs and formats aren’t
everlasting and are formed for solving some political problems. But that committee
or movement is formed for solving problems for the referendum, which aren’t over
yet.- Were your intentions or reputation less that you didn’t go in a way
of forming a new party but became the member of "Republic" instead.-
I don’t have any problem of creating my own image and I don’t consider party as
a way of business. I understood that however the person was strong he couldn’t
do anything alone for the future of the country. And you shouldn’t form person-parties
