This photo is shot on October 4, 2002. Everything was good for the European Territorial Academy ; ambassadors, bankets etc. But 4 years later it was founded that something was wrong with the Academy / after Arthur Baghdasarian’s dismissal/. Minister of Science and Education Levon Mkrtchian informed that the academy wasn’t an academy, its partners weren’t parents and the ambassadors weren’t ambassadors. Certainly, everything is possible in our country. It’s only obvious that our students may become victims of political games.
