The “March 1” case will be revised

  Yesterday, the head of the investigation group working on March 1 case Vahagn Harutyunyan during the conversation with RFE said that the March 1 case investigation would be completely revised. According to him, operations discussion took place at the Special Investigation Agency Chief’s office to fulfill President Serzh Sargsyan’s commands given a day earlier. As a result of that discussion a decision was made to revise all the proofs acquired during the preliminary investigation. All the assumptions, testimonies and expertise will be revised. According to Vahagn Harutyunyan, the Chief of Special Investigation Agency ordered to pay close attention to the previous testimonies of the witnesses and the conclusions made by the experts.

Additional expertise would be assigned if needed. A written order is already given to the National Security and the police operations agencies to activate the investigation and search operations. “I.e. everything possible will be done to uncover the events taken place”, said Vahagn Harutyunyan.
