Armenia has two medalists at the international chess tournament Sabadell 2016 Chess.am reports. In the final round, Karen Grigoryan defeated Marc Narciso Dublan taking the gold medal, and Karen Movsisyan ended his match in a draw with Kevel Castaneda Olivia.
Grigoryan, who scored 7, initially shared the first two top positions with a Cuban rival. Additional scores, however, later made him a tournament leader. Movsisyan, scoring 6.5 won bronze.
