On 11 December Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan together with President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan partook in the Stepanakert’s Renaissance square at a solemn ceremony of handing over keys from cars to a group of Defense Army servicemen and freedom-fighters.
