Three Armenian movies submitted for Golden Globe Awards not included in the short list

Today the short list of the nominees for the 74th Golden Globe Awards has been published in the US. The three Armenian movies submitted for the nomination “Best Foreign Film” (“The Last Inhabitant” by Jivan Avetisyan, “Hot County, Cold Winter” by David Safaryan and “Earthquake” by Sarik Andreasyan) have not been included in the short list.

Two films of French production, one film of German, Chile and Iran-France co production each have been nominated for this category.

To note, the 74th Golden Globe Awards Ceremony will be held on 8 January 2017.
