Ministry of Emergency Situations of the RA reports that as of 14:00 19 December some roads across the Republic of Armenia are difficult to pass.

Particularly Vardenyats Pass, Saravan-Zanger, Sotk-Karvachar, Vanadzor-Dilijan, Vanadzor- Stepanavan- Alaverdi, Maralik-Lanjik, Maralik-Artik, Vardaghbyur-Ashotsk and Tsovamarg-Amasia highways are difficult to pass.

The highways of Ashtarak-Aparan-Tsilkar, Alagyaz-Artik, Ashtarak-Talin-Mastara, Arteni-Tlik, Sisian-Kapan, as well as certain roads of Tavush Region are partially covered with clear ice.

According to the information received from the Department of Emergency Situation of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles with antiskid chains. In the direction of Russia 377 accumulated trucks have been observed.
