The sitting of March 20 National Assembly was not held because of lack of a quorum. By 12:00 appropriate number of deputies was not registered. Under item 5 of Article 44 of the NA Rules of Procedure, the deputies’ registration continued for 3 hours, during which quorum was not provided. The NA Deputy Speaker Eduard Sharmazanov announced that the sitting will not be held because of lack of a quorum.
