“Our presence is important,” said world-famous rock musician Serj Tankian at the meeting with the reporters at the “Media Center”. He is in Armenia with a number of famous Diaspora Armenians to participate in the parliamentary elections as an observer. Tankian said that he is honored to be in Armenia as an observer.
He also highlighted the “Justice in Armenia” initiative founded by the Diaspora Armenian celebrities after the seizure of the Patrol Police regiment. Serj Tankian is a member of this initiative. The musician expressed conviction that we must finish with the RA citizens’ indifference towards the political life.
