Harutyunyan noticed, “Armenia has always been ready to cede lands for status. And Azerbaijan? What kind of concessions is it ready to make? In these days Azerbaijan will not make any concessions and there is no solution to the Karabakh conflict in the near future. According to the former official, the reason is the tough position of Azerbaijan.
