“Movement -88” Artsakh NA faction has nominated the head of the faction, Eduard Aghabekyan’s candidature for Artsakh president’s post.
Faction head Eduard Aghabekyan first reminded that forces in the National Assembly in Artsakh are sorted as follows: 29 deputies out of 33 are governmental, then he added, “We will express our opinion, present our views and our concerns. We will try to all that clear, and then let the deputies decide”.
He noted that they would express the views expressed within the last 10 years.
According to him, they will have new proposals in all spheres. Eduard Aghabekyan expressed his view on the Artsakh issue, “Stepanakert must be involved in negotiations. No one has the right to talk for it. Stepanakert should make its position clear, as it was before”.
