Taking into consideration the fact that the government in the Republic of Armenia belongs to the people, the citizens of the Republic of Armenia have an indefinable right to have direct participation in the formation of the government.
The “Citizen’s Rights Defender” non-governmental organization expresses its support for the pan-national movement directed in Yerevan, hoping that it will contribute to the protection of democratic values, thereby creating grounds for strengthening national security and legality, political progress and raising the welfare of the people.
At the same time, the “Citizen’s Rights Defender” NGO calls on the Police to refrain from anti-legal actions and not to resort to violence against peaceful demonstrators.
