Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent a congratulatory message to Mikhail Mishustin on his appointment to the office of Prime Minister of Russia. The congratulatory message reads:
“Dear Mikhail Vladimirovich,
Please accept my sincere congratulations on your being appointed Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.
The Government of the Republic of Armenia is firmly determined to actively cooperate with the new government of the Russian Federation in a bid to enhance our interaction in both bilateral and multilateral formats, including the Eurasian integration process.
