On June 11, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Mnatsakan Safaryan held a meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Rwanda Vincent Biruta who is in Armenia on a working visit.
At the beginning of the meeting, interlocutors discussed the prospects of multilateral development emphasizing the potential in the development of mutually beneficial cooperation.
Deputy Foreign Minister particualrly highlighted the importance of joint and consistent efforts of Armenia and Rwanda, as genocide survivor nations, towards prevention and condemnation of genocides.
The sides also touched upon the fruitful cooperation achieved by the two sides within the International Organization of la Francophonie.
