Some articles of the law “About parties” were being discussed in the RA Constitutional Court yesterday. The CC has recognized illegal that point of the law according to which the parties, which won\’t get enough votes, must be liquidated. In the RA Ombudsman\’s opinion, the RA Constitution only forbids and stops the parties but it doesn\’t liquidate. Besides, A. Haroutiunian declared in the CC yesterday that the goal of parties was to produce political approaches and not to get votes. And political approaches may be produced not being included
in the parliament.
