“MPZ” LLC, the full member of Gallup International Association in Armenia, conducted an inquiry on “The Issues of Yerevan City, the Rankings of City Mayor Candidates.”
The inquiry has been conducted in Yerevan, from April 12 to 20, 1044 people have participated. When asked – how would you assess the transformations of Yerevan overall during the previous 4 years? 1.6% of the respondents hesitated to give an answer, 9.4% gave a positive answer and 14% – a negative answer, 19.8% – sooner negatively and 55.2% sooner positively.
To the question – who will be able to solve the issues of Yerevan amongst city mayor candidates? 2.4% of respondents have hesitated to reply, 10.44% has given another answer, 8.6% has answered – none. 4.2% thinks that Zaruhi Postanjyan is able to solve the issues, 12.1% – Nikol Pashinyan and 62.3% – Taron Margaryan. The organization has also asked who the citizens are going to vote for. 10.7% of respondents have hesitated to reply, 12.7% has rejected to answer, 3.9% is going to vote for Zaruhi Postanjyan, 11.5% for Nikol Pashinyan and 61.2% for Taron Margaryan.
