After the government’s meeting, in response to the question whether the 15 million drams allocated for Serzh Sargsyan’s photographs for schools is not much, Minister of Education and Science Levon Mkrtchyan said, let us officially write and then we will give justification.
Levon Mkrtchyan explained the need to stick the president’s photo this way, “Symbols of the Republic of Armenia are placed in schools, such as our state emblem. The president of the Republic of Armenia is among the symbols”.
In response to the question about his opinion on his new deputy Vahram Mkrtchyan, about whom the press has published negative reports, as if he “had kidnapped someone”, Minister of Education and Science, Levon Mkrtchyan said, that the latter has a great experience of political activity and a positive reputation, “He is a candidate of science, a physicist, a deputy. I advise you to talk to him”.
