“Iskander” is the “last” weapon, you can use it when no alternative is in place. Azerbaijan will not go for such an extensive war to give us the opportunity or make us use “Iskander”, states political scientist Ara Papyan.
As characterized by him, Azerbaijan conducts a war to exhaust us via local operations on the border: “The result is that in the past year an emigration took place from Artsakh and the Republic of Armenia. This is the biggest victory for Azerbaijan. Land, etc… they are secondary matters, the people is of a primary importance, the people is the one keeping the land.”
As stated by the political scientist, the issue is not the weaponry as much as the acquisition of communication means, the fight against unmanned aerial vehicles: “Now the situation has developed positively, but the issue is the following, whether the army is ready to solve a problem with minimum and without unjustified victims.”
